Revised for 2022, this satisfies the requirement for Licensees and applicants to take 2 hrs in the NJ Barrier Free Subcode.  NJ has adopted the IBC, 2018, NJ Edition for this purpose.  This course outlines the construction requirements for systems to be in compliance with the ADA in NJ.

Who Should Take It

This is a required course for all licensees in order to RENEW
All Applicants for a NJ License are required to take this course
Employees who will work without direct (in-person) supervision of a licensee
Anyone responsible for completing or filing construction permit applications
Anyone with responsibility for designing, selling, servicing, installing, managing or supervising installation work

 Understand How the ADA relates to Applicable construction codes in NJ.  This course has many examples, diagrams and details that help explain the requirements and compliance with the codes.
