Strandberg Consulting Policies and Procedures

Purchasers of training from www.Strandbergconsulting.com can assign the class(s) to themselves or to others in their organization.
Classes may be:
 On-Demand.  These are video courses and can be taken at a customer’s pace
 On-Line.  These are delivered via zoom and delivered live
 In Person.  Presented in a classroom setting
Regardless of the method of delivery, students must sign in using a photo-ID Professional License,  (Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, Electrical or Locksmith license) or Driver’s license if applying for a license.  For On-Demand or On-Line classes, the website will use your laptop camera to take a picture of you and your license. In person class sign-in is via instructor provided I-pad at the training location.
Students must be present for the entire class and sign out at the conclusion in a similar manner.  Certificates will be available for download after course(s) completion and student completes a short class evaluation.
At the discretion of the instructor, a student arriving late for an On-Line or In-Person class may be afforded an opportunity to make up the missed material.
Refund policy for classes
• Requests for cancellation refund received 1 week before a scheduled in person class or on-line webinar will receive a full refund.  
• Requests received less than one week but before the day of a scheduled class are eligible for a credit on-account of 75% of the class cost.  
• Requests for a refund before an on-demand class is accessed will be provided with a full refund or credit on-account in full
• No show students or on-demand classes not accessed for 90 days after purchase may be eligible for credit on account up to 50%  of the class cost at the discretion of the company after review by company.
