This course provides attendees with a firm foundation for what carbon monoxide is and the codes and standards relative to Carbon Monoxide Alarms as well as how and when they should be applied. 

Troubleshooting from the moment the customer calls until the issue is resolved, whether over the phone or a service visit is required.
