This course is required for all Licensees and Applicants.  All Company Employees should attend this course.  In fact, Regulations require installers, service techs, sales, admin and managers to take at least 2 hours in this subject at lease once if they are to do work while a licensee is not present.

I learned a lot, but the most important thing I can say is the importance of fire safety and how it can effect not just property but human life as well

I would suggest that every 45 minutes, he give a ten to fifteen minute break. This way you can keep people awake and engage
